The principle of obtaining high-quality seeds using an ISM grain cleaners:
◼︎ 1 Fraction – Heavy debris and stones.
◼︎ 2 and 3 Fractions – Seeds for sowing.
◼︎ 4 and 5 Fractions – Grain for sale.
◼︎ 6 and 7 Fractions – Feed grain.
◼︎ If the ISM separator is equipped with a cyclone sedimentary chamber, light waste is collected in a special hopper.
Advantages of grain separation based on aerodynamic principles:
➤ High quality grain cleaning.
➤ Ability to select seeds with high sowing qualities.
➤ Ability to increase future harvest by 35%.
➤ Air separation prevents grain damage.
➤ Ability to separate any bulk material.
Separation result
The machine works by changing the trajectory of free fall of grain, the air flow created by the engine with the impeller, and the subsequent division and separation of the initial material into fractions depending on the mass, size and shape.
The initial material is fed into the hopper and distributed across the entire width of the tray under the action of its own weight. In this form, the grain enters the separation chamber in a uniform flow, where it is selected and separated by mass, size and shape, which is the result of the influence of the air flow from the impeller unit.
How the ISM grain cleaners with cyclone sedimentation chamber (CSC) works
Thanks to the cyclone sedimentation chamber, the ISM grain cleaners can operate in enclosed spaces without additional ventilation systems.

- Cyclone dust collector with an inertial principle of air purification from impurities. The purified air is directed at an angle, as a result of which the contaminated air is cleaned and the impurities settle at the bottom of the chamber and are automatically removed under air pressure through special trays.
- A special system of labyrinth channels with sudden differences in its cross-section. 2 or 3 180 degree rotations release a significant amount of dust
- System for changing the channel cross-section. In many segments, the pressure is significantly reduced, dust particles change their trajectory, hit the channel walls and settle. The cyclone chamber allows you to purify the exhaust air by 80 percent. In the first settling chamber, the air is purified by approximately 12 to 15%. In the second and third chambers, almost complete cleansing occurs.
Advantages Of The Cyclone Chamber
Can be installed without additional air purification systems
The cyclone chamber eliminates the need for external filtration systems, which simplifies the installation process and reduces operating costs.
No need for an additional electric motor in the cyclone-sedimentation complex
Closed-circuit aerodynamic separators operate efficiently without additional drive, which reduces energy consumption and simplifies operation.
Additional grain drying thanks to aerodynamic air heating
The heat generated during air circulation inside the cleaning device with a cyclone-settling complex (CSC) promotes additional grain drying, accelerating its preparation for storage.
Noise level reduced from 87 dB to 57 dB
The reduced noise level improves operator comfort and eliminates the need for additional noise protection measures.
Environmental friendliness
The closed-circuit system prevents the emission of dust and fine particles into the environment, improving environmental conditions at the place of use.
Certification and compliance with standards
The equipment meets international quality and safety standards, which facilitates its use in different countries.
