Description

The ISM-3 separator is a machine designed for the effective cleaning and precise sorting of grain, grass seeds, and legumes and oilseeds. It works by separating the material according to aerodynamic properties — such as density, mass and seed shape — which ensures accurate and high-quality separation regardless of operating conditions.

The machine is equipped with an inverter, which allows for precise adjustment of the air flow depending on the type and quality of the material being cleaned. This enables optimal adjustment of operating parameters, thereby reducing losses of valuable raw material and increasing the efficiency of the entire process.

The separator’s design has been engineered for maximum user convenience. Telescopic legs allow for easy adjustment of the machine’s height, adapting it to the loading method and the type of hoppers used. An additional advantage is the flexible configuration of the fraction collection — the outlet chutes can be mounted on the left or right side, making it easier to adapt the machine to warehouse conditions and to conveniently fill standard bags or Big Bags.

The ISM-3 separator is easy to operate, reliable and fully suited to intensive, long-term operation in agricultural conditions.
